1. Provider
The AudioAsk service is operated by Natives Sàrl, c/o Loyco SA, 8 rue Jacques-Grosselin, CH-1227 Carouge, Geneva, Switzerland — contact: admin@natives.ch.
2. Purpose
AudioAsk is an online service that lets you follow podcasts, transcribe audio episodes and generate AI-assisted analyses of them. These terms govern access to and use of the service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
3. Account
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
- A free account is provided by default, within the applicable usage limits.
4. Subscriptions, pricing and payment
- Paid plans (Premium, Pro) offer extended limits, on a monthly or annual basis.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as the official reseller (Merchant of Record). Accordingly, Paddle bills on behalf of AudioAsk and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes, depending on your jurisdiction. Applicable VAT is handled by Paddle.
- Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal available in the application.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to access systems without authorization, disrupt them, or circumvent usage limits;
- resell, abusively automate, or overload the service;
- upload or process content for which you do not hold the necessary rights.
7. Podcast content and copyright
AudioAsk processes audio feeds and content at your request. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use (transcription, analysis) complies with copyright and the terms of rights holders. Transcriptions and analyses are intended for personal and lawful use.
8. Intellectual property
The service, its brand and its software components remain the property of Natives Sàrl. No rights are granted beyond the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of AI-generated transcriptions or analyses. To the extent permitted by law, Natives Sàrl's liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
11. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms. In the event of a material change, we will inform you. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
